Returns
As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal. This means that you have a 30-day cooling-off period to decide whether you want to keep the order. This period starts on the day after receiving your order. Within this cooling-off period, you can return the package without having to provide a reason.
- Keep all packaging, stickers, and labels carefully. You must return them as neatly as possible.
- You may try on clothing and accessories, but not wear them. So, it is not intended to wear them all day or for a special occasion.
- Underwear such as boxers and socks are NOT covered by the right of withdrawal due to hygienic reasons.

After receiving the order you have 30 days to exchange or return any items. Please notify us in advance using our website to register your return. Then, ship the items you would like to exchange or return to the address below. Shipping costs for returning something to us are not reimbursed.

Keep in mind the following points:
- If the new item is more expensive, you can pay the difference via a payment request that we will send you after receiving the returned item. You can easily pay this via PayPal, credit card, or Klarna. Once we receive the payment, we will send you the new item.
- If the new item is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your account. We will send you the new item after receiving the returned item.
We will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping and payment costs. We will do this as soon as possible, but certainly within 14 days after we received your return parcel.
Sometimes it takes longer to receive the refund. We are still waiting for confirmation from our warehouse that we have received your return. You can speed up this process by providing evidence that you have returned the package and that they have arrived with us.
We will refund the money in the same way you paid.
